Mimic spirit ash should be a flat percentage health cost and not a numerical cost.

If a Mimic summon cost has % of your health, it would have to be low because otherwise it would be way too punishing. I can not imagine it being more than 33 - 40% otherwise it would be punishing end-game builds with over 40 Vigor too much. It would have to be capped at a number that would roughly mean its HP cost would be equalized by use of 1 flask. Ultimately, I do not think of Mimic's costs as 660 HP but rather 1 flask of Crimson Tears.

What if and i dont care if they make this change but if they did 90% hp or current health which is like 660 or whatever it is now. Then lower Health have to risk a large portion of hp to summon but higher HP risk the current amount still. idc either way i prefer a tanky spirit then a 2nd me lol

If you are looking for tanky summon when you are not beefy yourself, just use different summons. Crystalian ash is very tanky if boss does not deal strike damage, and many do not:). Apparently, Dung Eater is super tank but it is quite difficult to get it and can be easily missed (my case). Black Knife Tiche while not tanky he is very agile and can last a long time as he avoids damage. I also liked a summon that calls forth 5 dudes with greatshields. They are tanky and can provide a lot of distraction.

Hands down, i think they are all better options i even use the Bloodhound he isnt super useful very dodgy but also quite a large summon. if you are a glass mage then a mimic will be a 2nd glass mage anyway unless you only have 1 spell equipped they will spam out spells at random and just be useless i had one cast law of regression 3 times in a row right after it had cased erdtree blessing lol

After the nerf the mimic is not very good. Many times mine will just not attack and i am getting hammered but she stands there. The mimic now is also not very smart. when it does attack it uses just random spells that dont really help. My mimic couldnt even use a healing spell i had equipped and she ended up dying. so now i use other summons more than mimic. Some of the other summons are actually better than mimic is now.
