Whole game should have been linear like Siofra River
So far I like Siofra River because it is linear and feels much like Dark Souls.

It doesn't have a map that area but you won't need it because it is linear and natural.

This is how they should have made Elden Ring. Not like the rest of the meaningless lifeless vast areas

It does have a map in that area. It's in front of the pillars before the Ancestral Guardian.

Go back to Dark Souls then, peasant.
I much prefer the underground areas to the above ground ones, with the exception of the legacy dungeons.

OP give opinion, ends with excessive bitterness.

Response is even more excessive bitterness.

I actually like hearing opinions, we dont need to tear each other down at every opportunity. I think From could learn to adapt their strengths in dungeun design into the over world.

TBF, "meaningless lifeless vast areas" doesn't describe anything I've seen in Elden Ring. In fact, for an open world, the Lands Between are practically Grand Central Station.
