No clue what all is locked out cos I’m reckless like that and just did it and don’t keep track of much lol but I’d try to finish up anything related to the hold for sure if worried about locking something
i think everyone's quests are still doable except for brother-preacher-man and goldmask.
i failed both of them on my game. they're the only NPCs with quests i couldn't proceed with.
brother-preacher-man told me he was leaving the roundtable, never found him again. i played the game blind until after i beat the final boss, only then did i started wiki'ing stuff and found out i failed that entire quest but it's fine.
basically, any NPC quest that requires pre-destroyed leyndell is going to break, i think that's the safe thing to glean.
