I suppose I wouldn't mind if they reverted the FP cost buff, but then it would be useless for PvE, and people could still use the FP flask to make your life miserable. Many might also just switch to star shower, or collapsing stars since it's hard to dodge.
And in a 3v1 life is supposed to be hard, deal with it.
Eternal Darkness
Effect - Creates a dark space that draws in spells
Lower FP cost than Stars of Ruin. Alternative, try using buffs like Barrier of Gold (effect - Greatly increases magic damage negation by 60% for self & allies for 70 seconds)
Sold by Brother Corhyn at the Roundtable Hold for 3,500
Note it will NOT stack with the crafted consumable item "spellproof dried liver" that boosts magic defense.
You can also consider these as well:
Opaline Hardtear (description is wrong, it is not all dmg, just all elementas and no physical negation). Stacks with the others. Lasts 3 mins iirc?
Spelldrake Talisman +0~2
Pve/pvp values respectively:
1 dragon = 13%/4%
2 dragons = 17%/5%
3 dragons = 20%/6%
Pearldrake Talisman +0~2
Pve/pvp values respectively:
1 dragon = 5%/2%
2 dragons = 7%/3%
3 dragons = 9%/4%
A warning about dmg negation talismans, and this rule applies to some others possibly as well, is that their value in stats screen is for PvE. For clarification they get nerfed in PvP Dmg calculations as you can see above. The stats screen cannot reflect this but dmg numbers will be influenced. This does not mean you shouldn't use them but keep in mind their reduced effectiveness. If you have spare talisman slots or absolutely want to hard counter something as much as possible they can be considered, ideally the +2 versions if possible... It all adds up and makes a difference. You can use both talisman by the way (Pearldrake has no limitation being stacked with the others).
