No Gold Summon Sign and can't quit...
So this is weird. My summon sign doesn't appear no matter what I try, and if I try using finger dust or place my own summon sign, my Quit button remains grayed out for literally ever. I have to alt+f4 out of the game to fix it.

Anyone else experiencing this? What causes it?

It happens in every single area. I can't figure it out. It happens on both of my desktop PCs and on my laptop. I've tried my 2G and 5G connections, but that doesn't change anything.

I've verified my files, created backups of my saves and downloaded cloud saves again but just nothing fixes this.

Think your are lagging have you tried teleporting to a site of grace and rest 1st then exit.
