is the golden vow ashe worth to use on every build?

hi everyone.

since this ability is a buff i was wondering if this is worth putting on a small weapon and activate it before a (boss)fight. in theory almost every build could use it, but is it worth?

so would you recommend it ir not?

It's great, but doesn't stack with Rallying Standard, which is better. The spell is better than the Ash of War, too.

Golden Vow skill : +12.5% dmg, +7.5% damage resist, 45 sec (40 FP, single target)
Golden Vow spell : +15% dmg, +10% damage resist, 80 sec (40 FP, 25 Faith, AoE)
Rallying Standard : +20% dmg, +20% damage resist, 30 sec (30 FP, AoE)

Most useful for Faith build and it uses a lot of FP especially if you use the Old Lord's Talisman to increase it's duration so you'll need lots of points in Mind. Wouldn't put it on main weapon but on secondary to activate it then switch.
