Help a noob make a build around the Fallingstar Beast Jaw?

I love this weapon cuz it does a lot of "poise" damage and because is faster and has longer reach than my previous main weapon (the brick hammer), problem is it kinda does low damage. relatively low damage, so i would like to know wich talisman i should use or spells or what should i level up to increase the power of my attacks with the FBJ
