I hate cheaters too but his last ban was nearly five years ago so there ought to be some forgiveness in my opinion.

OP if you have a bow or can cast spells, try to use Torrent to jump at the top of the shack. Then, you can blast the Bell Bearing Hunter to hell with ranged attacks
