Him using Yura's dead body to talk to you through doesn't set off any alarm bells, but unhinged screaming crosses the line?
Praise the Three Fingers!
Jokes on you: by the time we reach Mountaintop of the Giant, my Tarnished has become an unhinged murderhobo. The only reason I don’t frenzy with the flame is because I’m too classy to accept golden flames as hairs. That’s a delinquent look!
Red locks go so much better with my armour, Radagon guaranteed!

It's implied though that Shabriri's trick did work, at least on Vyke; given what the description of his armor implies
-For one, its already uncomfortable even just seeing him the first time after he decided to puppet Yura's corpse
-For two, If you find any of the Shabriri/frenzy related items/locations or some of Vyke's equipment, you can really start to put two and two together that the dude is clearly omitting some important details regarding what the frenzy flame will do to you
-And for three, Melina can straight up tell you that the frenzy flame will ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up if you talk to her at the last two graces before the door to the three fingers
Basically, Shabriri's got red flags all over the place. His final lines are just the largest ones in his inventory
Tell that to pretty much every civilization in history and even some non-sapient social animals.
