Flames of Frenzy. I love how it staggers bosses no matter the size. Usual 2 fully charged frenzy stagger any boss.
And so easy to use, though it has less reach than the visual might imply. But I love it. I use it on a sword over using the Moonveil katana.
Hah! I'm still putting off my pass through Sellia on this fresh playthrough (Not NG+). All that tree and roof jumping, and then the invisible dudes always popping in down on the ground. It seems no matter how many you kill the place is still full of them.
I mean I could probably clean up easily by now but the atmosphere in many places in the game is so damn heavy. I get immersed easily when a game lends itself to that and this game does. I need to get over my fear of dying.
Stars of Ruin - ewwwww... Sellia Hideaway.
status effects are so op this time around
Later, if I can't simply melt a boss with Terra magica > Cerulean Hidden Tear > Comet Azur (burnt down Mohg like a chump), I usually get pretty good results with Rotten Breath.
And Black Knife Tiche, natch.
