I can’t find Patches in Elden Ring after the fight, i’ve been to the Murkwater Cave, the Scenic Isle and Volcano Manor, but no chance!
He is gone, please help.

outside the boss room in shaded castle is where he goes once you beat Rykard, after that he goes back to murkwater cave.

he is at the first swamp in the game bro. After you beat the first main story boss

If you've already joined Volcano Manor he may already be in the hall near the entrance. Otherwise, are you sure you checked the right lake island Scenic Isle? As for Mt. Gemir if you enter there is a tall ladder you can climb leading to a site of grace then to the right of that ladder is a camp with soldiers bent over on the ground. There is a walk piece to a mini-boss fight with one of those multi-arm guys (same guy from tutorial) however to the west is a dungeon. Between that dungeon and this walk way should be Patches (might be hard to spot but his stones will not if he is there as they glow).

i'm very late, but i have never fought patches. i have joined the volcano manor. and started the tanith quest, done a little on it. i went to murkwater cave and he wasnt there, i looted his chest and nothing happened. ive been to scenic isle, mt. gemir. and i have also been to the shaded castle but he isnt there either. please help me.
