They all went to war with each other during the Shattering and for the Elden Ring. Mohg didn't do any of that and more importantly he does not have a seat at the Golden Order, thus exempting him as a traitor.
Meanwhile, Mohg is a self-absorbed hedonist, a heretic and an incestuous rapist, working to subvert the legacy of the Golden Order and supplant it with his dynasty.
Geez…yeah, it’s strange how Morgott never talks about his twin…
i'm pretty sure kidnapping (with the intent to groom, fiddle and corrupt) a demi-god counts as an act of war. the fact Miquella is an infant by the time he is snatched makes it much worse in my eyes.
Mohg is a disgusting degenerate.
Morgott's story is really super tragic. the only one who cared for him was his father Godfrey, and he was banished by that ♥♥♥♥♥ Marika as a fail-safe precaution while she cucks godfrey to mingle with Radagon, knowing full well her meddling with the elden ring would result in the worlds utter destruction, which is where we, the Tarnished (sons and daughters of Godfrey) come in.
the only (main) characters i had any sympathy for throughout the game was Rennala, Godfrey, Morgott and Radahn.
Morgott also has his own secret police that hunts down Tarnished (which I believe are Godfrey's men, not necessarily children).
Mohg is the perfect justification for the omen race to be cast out in the lore of the game. Morgott is different, but unfortunately he is of that same caste.
like, if someone ever questioned the gods if the omens were "really that bad?" all they would have to do is point to mohg and say "that's why".
Yes, to the golden order, Mohg is a traitor. To the family, Mohg is a shame. Morgott has done his every best to try to "redeem" himself as an omen, whilst Mohg truly goes for a supposed omen path. Everything Mohg does simply makes Morgott denies his existence.
