If you dont give Rya serpent's amnion

What will happen? I defeated the manor Boss and forgot to give Rya the damn thingy.

She disappeared now and then I killed Tanith and tried to look for Rya but she is nowhere to be seen after killing the Boss.
Anyone knows where she is?

She should be in the legacy dungeon located right after Godskin apostle boss room (upper level jumper over balcony) she is somewhere around there

Sadly I think if you kill the boss she disappears, it happened to me

I didn't progress Rya's questline the first playthrough, she disappears after a while. I think her quest locations are the dining hall (where Bernal is), one of the smaller rooms opposite the hall, then the room downstairs.

Nah, she isn't there and as others stated I think she just Poofed out of the game.
