Have you reinstalled your gpu driver with set to factory defaults?
Have you teste after this if a new local admin is able to start the game?

I ended up just refunding the game to wait for a patch that fixes it (Since it seems to be happening to quite a ton of people after a certain patch) but a little tempted to re purchase just to see if this works
