White Screen Crash on Startup

I have tried EVERYTHING! I just bought the game and cannot launch it and spent all day yesterday looking for a fix and nothing works.
My specs meet the requirements so I know that's not the issue.

When I try to launch it starts to load up, goes to a white screen with the cursor visible then crashes after like 15 seconds. PLEASE HELP!!!! I have been wanting to play this game so badly and disappointed to see I cant even open it.

what GPU you have ?

(a 960m is not able. a NVIDIA card below 1050 is not able, some first gen 1060 are not able a AMD card below rx580 is not able)

so tell me what GPU you have and we can go to the errorchecking if your hardware is able to run the game,

I’ve got GeForce GTX 770, which is the minimum it can run- and I have seen PLENTY of people running the game with it.

only with a hack
search for dx11 and elden ring and you will find the hack you can play offline with. i do not give advice to use hacks

Literally the same problem here. I have RTX 2070 and my pc is high end yet Elden Ring refuses to work. Been searching and applying every solution but nothing worked at all.

i have a 2070 and it works fine other then random ingame crashes. when was the last time you updated drivers? or maybe verify game cache? those are the only 2 off the top off my head things you might need. im also assuming your running windows 10 and not an older OS.

might need to go into graphics card settings/windows settings and run the app on performance settings or run the game as administrator mode.

I spent the last two days making sure every single thing on this is pc is up to date which is usually what I do very often. I am on windows 10, as well.

already done the basic solutions and I even tried doing the D3D12 thing that a lot of people suggested which did nothing which resulted in me uninstalling and redownloading the game with everything as fresh as it was

Same problem here... It happened after I reinstalled windows 10 2 days ago.... Before it perfectly worked... I tried everything I found on internet and nothing worked

Have you reinstalled c++ ?
And there are more work to do.

Add me to friendshiplist and i send you a complete checkup and what all things this error caused, it is not the game it is a malfunction in Windows.

Habe you one of this programs installed?

Asus Aura or a other led Software
Epic launcher
Msi afterburner
Riva tuner
Xbox Software
Other kinds of "optimisation" software
If so deinstall them.
Have you reinstalled your gpu driver with set to factory defaults?

Have you teste after this if a new local admin is able to start the game?

I ended up just refunding the game to wait for a patch that fixes it (Since it seems to be happening to quite a ton of people after a certain patch) but a little tempted to re purchase just to see if this works
