Taunter's Tongue not working

I've been sitting here for maybe 30 minutes now waiting to get invated. Yes. I have a FCFR active and the Taunter's Tongue is active. It's been a problem for quite awhile now. Anyone know a fix?

Depends on ur lvl and location , me at 125 +20 get insta invaded near the academy bridge (like within 10 seconds of activating it mostly)

Maybe you killed the boss of that area so no invasions?

no :( if you want to pvp in some area with the tongue, you can fu*k invasions by "accidentally" killing a random dragon... be careful not only about your level or weapon upgrades.

I used it very often because for pvp its faster than invasions (no loading screen) or duels (they are summoned automatically)
