Also SysMain service does nothing but take up system resources so I always make sure it's disabled.
I played one seamless session today. I'm not screaming victory yet because I've had some stutterless sessions but they always come back eventually.
Also, I've noticed that the WinKey+G shortcut is now disabled, a feature I use to switch between speakers/headphones while playing. If that's the price to pay to get rid of the stutters then so be it.

Add both of the exe's to windows graphics settings and set them to high performance.

At first i only had eldenring set to high performance but adding the anticheat engine to start in high performance somehow gave me more stable fps.
