I did not get MAGIC-SHROUDING CRACKED TEAR after killing erdtree?

Um anyone else? i just started my ng+ and was happy i would get my second MAGIC-SHROUDING CRACKED TEAR becuz i could use 2 of them for 30% more magic dmg in pvp but i did not get any tear after killing this erdtree and i dont get it why....bug or what?

I don't think you can get duplicate tears aside from the 50% heal tear and the exploding tear of which you can get 2x each.

Another reason the NG+'s are kind of lame in this one... the tree guys just give you nothing. They didn't even bother to make it a slightly upgraded version of the tears.
