Any good counters to crouch-poke Greatsword?

It's the one weapon I can't seem to counter easily. It's bad enough when someone uses the Bloodhound Step on it (which I honestly think should be restricted to small weapons, like straight swords, curved swords, katanas, and daggers), but a frost-infused Greatsword is one of the most annoying, difficult-to-counter weapons I've enocuntered thus far. Especially with how it inflicts Frostbite even when you don't get hit (I still have no clue why fromsoft hasn't patched out the 'roll through status' nonsense). On myc urrent build, I'm going strength, though I didn't initially plan on using Colossal Swords, and I just feel there aren't any good counters to it. I honestly think the poke should be parryable. It... looks parryable, compared to the rest of the moveset. But yeah, anybody know any good weapons/weapon arts I can add to help me with those invaders?

Literally can just spam jump attacks on them. Make sure you're on even ground.

it's really gonna depend on latency. do you use a shield? what sort of setup do you use?

Yes, I realize. And, I have a parrying shield, but no greatshield. My build's not bulky enough to wield them without diabeetus rolls.
