So i saved BLACKGUARD BIG BOGGART from that dude Poop eater, now what?

Pretty sure hes meant to die to the Dung Eater, so saving him doesnt accomplish much.

Not sure how you can save him in that scenario.
I did save him by directly killing the eater in the first encounter.

i didnt buy his prawns before killing poop eater in his invasion on the moat, he is safe now i traveled several times and he still there selling his crabs

I think you missed something. When Dung Eater tells you he'll be waiting at the moat you must go there and talk to Blackguard without triggering the invasion (stay to the side of the water). Blackguard will say he thinks Dung Eater is lurking about. Then you must reload the game. When you reappear at the moat Blackguard is already dying and then you trigger the invasion and defeat Dung Eater. Blackguard dies and drops a Seedbed Curse which you must give to Dung Eater later. You have to give him 5 of the curses to complete his quest and get his armor set which is the heaviest armor in the game. Blackguard doesn't matter. His only real purpose in the game is to die and give you the fifth curse you need to complete Dung Eaters quest which is the important one.

You dont need to do his quest to get the armor, you can just kill him.
