Getting the "Warning. Unauthorized tempering with the game has been detected"

I haven't played Elden ring for some weeks, now that i was going back online i got this message. Never cheated and never got disconnection problems. It seems like i got Soft Banned without a damn reason, and now i'm cut off from the online .. Anyone got this issue too? I already lost my 200 hours character because of the steam cloud save that doesn't work if you reset your pc and try to get it back, now i get this.. help.

As i already said, i've never used cheats, and many users are reporting this issue on reddit too. I got into the banwave without a damn reason, and i want a answer, not dumb comments like yours

Try verifying your files. I have heard that some people are having a problem with this after the latest patch.

Yes, i've already verified my files and even tried to make the anticheat work with admin rights, but still not working, i can't even play the game cause it CTD, even if i make a new character .. wtf is happening? ..

Elazul, stop teasing me, i've already reported you. You can waste your time in way more better ways, I'm here to try to fix a problem with the game, i wouldn't complain if it was a ban for cheating, but since it isn't, i want answears.

Are you using any performance mods? Widescreen, graphics, unlimited frames?

Nope. nothing at all, i've sended a message to bandai namco too, since steam sends me there to get assistance.

That's definitely not normal, I don't think I've ever heard of a ban making you CTD, sounds like the files got really messed up somehow

Maybe full uninstall/reinstall?

Yup, i'm trying that right now, never happend and i'm pretty confused, since the 1.04 patch i got this issue i think, i've stopped playing for some weeks, patched and got this as result.. :P i'll let you know soon-

That's a bummer man. If you don't mind, please update this thread when you get a response and/or resolution to your problem. I actually research unjust bans/false flags. This would help me out a lot. Thanks and good luck.

Ok i've fixed the problem, apparently steam had problems about verify the game files after the 1.04 patch, i've tried many times to verify the files, i got a steam launcher update some minutes ago, so as a last island i've tried one more time before the reinstall, it worked. 2 corrupted files after the patch, fixed them and now works like a charm again
