Bell Bearing Hunter Not Spawning

I'm trying to get the hunter at the war master's shack to spawn. I'm resting at the grace until nightfall twice and he's still not showing up. I've already entered liurnia of lakes so I don't know if I missed killing him prior.

If I remember correctly, I set the time to night and rested again without touching the time; Immediately standing back up and walking into the shack. That seems to work (twice, so far).

Rest until nightfall, then fast travel to a different grace sight, then back to the shack. Once the Warmaster despawns that's when he'll appear.

None of these have worked. I guess once you enter a new area the guy can only spawn in that new area or some ♥♥♥♥.

Strange, sounds like a bug, unless you have already beaten him. This is the one for the bone bell bearing right?

Edit: This probably isn't it but, you are actually going in the shack aren't you?

I'm reading that if you buy something from Bernahl, then you can have the mob spawn (using my aforementioned technique).

pass time to night, get up and rest again
buying 1 item from bernahl should work
the bell bearing hunters will spawn even if you kill all the bosses in the area or if you kill his non-invader counterpart

Fixed. strange, I already bought two items from the guy earlier in the playthrough. I had to buy an ash of war for him to spawn.

All u gotta to is TP to the grace with the night time boss, then rest till night, and then walk 5 ft from the grace and TP back to it and the boss will spawn. works every time.
