Nepheli Loux not showing up in stormveil side room

Not sure what is going on, if its a bug, but I have been trying to get Nepheli to spawn in the side room before godrick so she can give me a hand, but i have not been able to get her to spawn there at all, and now she is gone from the round table as well.

You skipped that part then, if she already went to Roundtable, then you skipped her encounter in Stormveil i believe.

If you didn't talk to her in the little room in Stormveil she won't be a summoning sign at Godrick.

If she is in the roundtable hold then her quest has progressed past the Stormveil part.

Yeah try looking for her in her next location in western Liurnia, maybe she moved there
