Help with draconic tree sentinel

I need some help with the tree sentinel guarding inner leyendell, I do good damage but get 1 hit (I forgot to upgrade vigor) Is someone available for summoning?

If you're talking about the one at the gates of Lyndell. Get the incantation, "Poison mist". Make sure you have a finger seal (can get it from the twin maiden husks at the Roundtable Hold). Sneak around, and up behind him. Whilst still in sneak, release poison mist and poison him. It might take 2-3 uses before it takes hold. Wait there until the poison runs out, rinse and repeat until he's dead. The dumbass won't even notice he's dying. Hope this helps!

I'm fairly sure it will. I used it when I ran my strength-dex build. I'm almost certain you can do it with a staff as well. If not, like I said, get a finger seal. I'll link a video of it below
