Can I still have 100 shield guard?

I use fingerprint stone shield and the greatshield talisman, I now no longer block 100%, but it isnt +25 where it gets the extra boost. Will I still be able to block 100%?

Fingerprint shield still has 90 Guard Boost fully upgraded which is still extremely good for PvE. With enough stamina you don't even need that talisman unless you're obsessed about your stamina bar never going down on blocks.

If you're so concerned about taking damage you can also just use Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman for a tanky build.

Honestly i think the only ones crying about the change are sadistic PvP players who enjoy grievfing other players with blocks that don't drain stamina, holding the match hostage forever.

Man PvP players have massive ego's, the game does not revolve around you. NONE of my friends or me have played a single PvP duel in this game (excluding the 3 for varre), the average person playing this game will experience the janky multiplayer and cancerous tryhards once and never do invasions again.
I have not found this shield and talisman nor have I used the combo yet, but it is disappointing to me that now I'll never get to discover the synergy and have some fun with a broken shield build.

The really sad thing is, with the +25 fingerprint shield, the greatshield talisman looks like nothing.

I did not test it scientifically, but it just looks no different, with or without it.

I feel like the talisman didn't deserve the nerf, to me, it should have been the shield

you can just play in offline mode with mods that allowed you to get 100 shield guard. (Anti-cheat might ban you if you mod the game on online mode)

I mean 100% block makes malenia a cakewalk, idk if i have enough stamina to tank waterfowl dance now, and even if i do theres not enough left for followup attacks or rolls.
