Miquella's needle

So cuz today i beat the malekith the black blade and i wanted to also undo the three fingers thing. but i relize i dont have miquella's needle in my inventory. also i had it yesterday, and yes beat malenia and i does her questline. anyone have sucestion?

the needle cannot be dropped.
you get it once you finish milicents questline all the way till elphael at the rotlake on the cliff there.
you then need to go to malenias flower (that appears in her boss room after beating her) and use the needle on that flower. then you the right thing.

this thing can only be used inside the room where the dragonlord is in farum azula.

this will subdue the flame of frenzy for good. you cannot get the flame back anymore after this.

Are you sure you didn't just pass it? if you have a lot of stuff in your inventory it's very easy to miss.

i start this quest on start of the game but then i forget about it and beat malenia. then i was trying to make quest but she didnt apear anywere i also kill the erdtree spirit (i think it is his name) in this rot pond and she is still missing i cant invade her to help her or atack her she is just gone from my game i guess and im sure i had it in my inventory cuz right after miquella fight i use it and i got that needle. also i wanted to use it in dragonlord arena but needle is gone i dont even know if i can use it erlier to make it disapear and i have no idea what to do

Yeah, you can still do the quest after beating Malenia. I did that on my first playthrough.

i was using that but millicent is gone and i don't know where she is cuz in this location she isnt and i cant find her on map. also in this quest:
i kill commander o'neil, got unalloyed gold needle, didnt give millicent her arm and kill malenia also i did almost every think from this quest but she's gone
