ELDEN RING
Best FromSoft game to play after this?
I just beat this, kinda curious on other souls games now. Assume I own them all.

I'd play ds1, 2, and 3. They're all better than this game.
bloodborne is playstation only so ignore that if you dont have that console. play dark souls 3 next
Bloodborne 100%, outside of FromSoft Nioh 2 is fun as hell. If you don't have a PS4/5 for Bloodborne go DS3.

DS3 if you don't mind losing the ability to jump and a bit more of a linear story with walls you've to overcome to continue. Bloodborne if you happen to have a playstation console or don't mind playing it over playstation now.

why losing ability to jump, when you can jump in all DS games? O_o

I don't count the running jump forward as an actual proper jump, there's no a jump r2 for example, there's a much bigger value to proper jumping in Sekiro and ER than just dashing or accepting you might not pass a ledge in DS3 period.
Sekiro was my favorite but if you want more like this, then Dark Souls 3. If you want to see where it all started, then Dark Souls 1. I'd recommend against Dark Souls 2, it was a mostly frustrating package to me. If you have access to Bloodborne, definitely play that.
Any of them.
Elden ring is worst game of all souls games.
Nioh 1 & 2 are also great with better combat than the souls games but stages instead of an open world.

Ah yeah, if you want better combat and don't mind the weaker level design (still good just not as much) then the Nioh games are an awesome fit.
While Sekiro is not directly a Souls game it is a FROM game, and one that I quite enjoyed. I do recommend considering that one.

If you want something else that could be of interest consider the Ys series. They're not exactly the same as FROM games but they're something that may be worth checking out if you like FROM games. For example Ys Origin, Ys Oath of Felghana, or Ys Lacrimosa.

Nioh is also another franchise of interest (mind you the story telling is truly poop tier there, just be warned).

Witcher 3 could also be of interest.
Sekiro is my favorite game of the company. In my opinion it's their most balance and laser focused game, not too long, with very little filler. Everything has a place and it ends in an extremely high note with one of the best final bosses ever.

Combat is quick, snappy and extremely dynamic, you don't have to worry about builds or open world trappings so the enemy encounters are tailored to always be challenging and interesting demanding new tactics.

There are some repeated mini bosses, but honestly even that didn't bother me since they usually had upgraded movesets and were just a joy to fight. Plus the maps themselves are beautiful and a joy to maneuver and hunt down enemies.

Just know it's not a Souls game, you are immortal and there are bonfire equivalents, but it plays very differently

Not defending Nioh's story but it did get a lot better for me when I delved into all the lore and journal entries.
What about playing them all ? (all: SoulsBorne + Sekiro)
They're all unique.

if you want lovecraftian epicness full of style and IMO the best aesthetic setting and lore in any Fromsoft game. if you have a playstation bloodborne.
if you want what is IMO fromsofts best combat system and a less overly obscure narrative Sekiro.
