Damage Bug with Hand of Malenia "Waterfowl Dance" and Commander's Standard "Rallying Standard" skills
For some reason, when "Rallying Standard" is active (i.e. +20% dmg for 30s or something of that nature), "Waterfowl Dance" does 10x less damage for me. It doesn't affect the normal damage of the Hand of Malenia, just the skill.

I tested out "Golden Vow" (which is one of the incantations that can't stack with "Rallying Standard" and is a weaker version of the same buff essentially) and it doesn't have this weird damage bug.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I have same issue no idea why or how to fix, but for me its like 20 times less

yeah it's like the only skill i've experienced it with too and the fact that Golden Vow doesn't do the same, is really odd
