How does some people equipment menu only covers half their screen?

What the hell i only this now noticed when i watch all those pvp players who swap items all the time in middle of pvp i only now noticed the equipment menu only takes half their screen and they can run at the very same time and swap items...but how? if i open my equipment UI it takes entire screen and i cant run while swapping...like here is 2 pictures

There are some buttons responsible for actions the game doesn't tell you about, try pushing each one at random

oh my FREAKING GOD it was stick button and it makes your UI screen take half and i played this game 450 hours and i never knew this...this makes swapping in pvp so much more easier ahahahahah i feel so dumb
