I wish I could make a female char

Nice game but it would be great to make a female char. They try to make 'as if' and you can choose A or B but basically it is the same char, A + B is for confusion? The "females" have the same body as a male and same hairstyles etc etc. Obviously 'female' characters have not breasts, actually their chests go more inward than outward. I wish there was a dev that would realize that in this game

You have to play with the sliders. If you go onto reddit or YouTube there are plenty of guides that show and explain it and you can even copy some good looking models to tweak

If you knew Fromsoft, you realize that making "realistic" bodies isnt exactly their strength half the time.

I mean just look at Sekiro with those overly long arms for example.

choose b body type , details, and then use sliders, then you can make any type of female body you want.

It's one of the issues I have with my character I that her face looks wrong from slight angles and her arms make her look emaciated. Messed with the sliders a bit but can't really seem to "fix" it

To say that i'm disappointed with the character creator would be an understatement. I thought the one we got in Dragons Dogma was bad, but this is worse, a whole lot worse.

Also, if you're going to let people make a female character, maybe make more than just a male animation set? You'd think FromSoft could spring for that by now, surely?

Udrk.. I might have to scrap my first character and make a male one instead, start over, because this looks really bad, distractingly bad. Damn. I spend more than an hour wrestling with sliders to make a face that didn't look completely horrible, and it was all for naught.

Not feeling very happy right now, gotta say.

Does it matter? You're going to be spending most of your time staring at your character's back, likely in some suit of armor, for the entire game.

Humans move the same, regardless of gender. The fact that there was even a 'female' animation set in the previous games was a waste of resources.

Why? Because men and women don't move the same way. There are many sins that wearing bulky armor can hide, but the anims are not one of them. If anything, this is the one area where they really should have made the effort, because locomotion is the one thing you can't cover up with armor.

It's good to know you change appearance later on though, maybe i'll do that so my char doesen't look like a dude with a womans head glued on. Not feeling very charitable twords the game right now though, pretty disappointed, so i think i'll just walk away from it for a while.
