Normally a new site of grace "Starscourge Radahn" spawns where Radahn is (Wailing Dunes) after the boss fight. The game then disables fast travel and requires the player to rest at that grace in order to enable fast travel again. So I guess you are stuck at such a state where you need to rest at that grace.
There is a speedrun trick to go back to Wailing Dunes by commiting suicide with double-jumping off of one of the many cliffs west of the Wailing Dunes in Caelid, so as to respawn at the Stake of Marika near Radahn.
This one uses the cliff at Fort Faroth in Caelid. Time index: 45:20

Fromsoftware patched some of those cliffs to prevent such a speedrun skip, but the cliff east of Church of the Plague in Caelid also works in v1.04.
The double jump has to be far enough to avoid the invisible kill-planes around the cliff so that your character does not die to those kill-planes mid air, but does die to crashing into Wailing Dunes.
This one may be a long shot. I've seen some streamers using Cheat Engine to clip through walls and fly around when they were doing speedrun routing, but I don't know much about the details nor how it really works. I know that using Cheat Engine requires disabling EAC (easy anit-cheat) and playing offline, so some googling FearlessRevolution.com is needed. I also know that even if the character can fly, most 3D models of zones, terrains, and buildings that are currently loaded in are simplified and aren't the real models (or not even loaded in). The flying character has to somehow collide with an invisible zone trigger, which will then load the real 3D models. So, this method may or may not work for getting out of Rykard's arena back into other parts of the world, because the rest of the world outside the arena may currently not even be loaded.
Ok, I did a test with a speedrun technique called "Alt F4 Wrong Warp" and it will teleport the character out of Rykard's arena to the front gate of Volcano Manor.
Steps:
1) Rest at Audience Pathway grace.
2) Use Memory of Grace.
3) Choose Yes.
4) The loading screen will appear and a progress bar will fill up.
5) Alt F4 right before the bar completely fill up.
6) Restart the game.
7) In the LOAD GAME menu, the character slot info (character name, level, location, time played) should display a wrong location name other than Volcano Manor.
8) Load the save file and the character will be at the default spot of the zone where Rykard arena is (i.e. the default spot of the zone where Rykard arena is is the front gate of Volcano Manor behind a giant that uses Frenzy Flame spell).
does this work even after you have sat at the bonfire?
An unstable ground is a spot of terrain where the game doesn't record the position of the character, e.g. on an elevator or on some thin ledge. The Audience Pathway grace is one of the several graces that are on an unstable ground.
