imagine asking for a cookie cutter build in a game with many possibilities.
70 int build will let you melt pretty much all the bosses with almost zero effort.
You are welcome.
It lets you use alot of weapons and you can just make them scale with holy / fire with an ash or later with the whetstone.
I can use katana, great sword, short sword and alot of spells and incantations.
You only miss out the really heavy stuff like greatshield and huga axe and GS.
But i'm not into these anyway.
Just FYI I'm going with an INT/FTH build right now that everybody think sucks and it's pretty strong and fun. Double Greatswords ftw baby, one holy and one magic :)
I copied this with a few adjustments to get the look right:

If you are imposing a level cap on yourself the only thing you can mess up is spreading yourself too thin.
Personally I found the colossal swords had great utility for helping hosts versus bosses. You can interrupt a lot of enemy attacks with high poise damage. Some can even be stunlocked with chaining crouch pokes. You can help open up crit opportunities faster. And you can get those hefty charged attacks out much more often and safely when the enemy isn't always facing at you. The only real weakness are enemies who bounce around like crazy, making it difficult for you to chain hits or keep aggro away from ranged characters.
Some good builds?
Arc proc is very good.
Str builds are very reliable for self survival.
Obviously toughness factor makes a difference over softness of mage style. Glass cannon.
-Mage power on the flip side can be viable when used correctly.
Dex/Int Power Stance Sword of St. Trina.
Sleep is so damn strong.
