as for weight, 70% of your carry weight is the threshold for fat rolling. if you can theoretically carry 67 weight, move the decimal over to the left by 1, and you have 10%. multiply by 7,
i thought this would be about how solid its systems are.
If you're talking about poise in PVE, that's irrelevant. Bosses don't care about your poise at all. They'll pimpslap you out of anything that doesn't have superarmor. Focus on defensive / avoidance and go for small trades unless you're overleveled.
In PvP 60 or higher, most people I've ran across are sub 50 poise
Which is why a certain Physick deserves a MAYOR nerf, cause it makes said drawback completely irrelevant.
