steam forums user try not to be a cringe elitist who thinks he's a better person because he likes a harder game challenge (impossible)
There will always be bigger fish to fry. Plenty of games are significantly harder than Nioh 2 too. Maybe you should go play those before someone starts making fun of you too.
I've played all the hard games, that's how I know From games are easy. I totally am an elitist when it comes to Soulsborne casuals. They gatekeep and say stupid stuff like "git gud" instead of being constructive. Taste of their own medicine. Feels damn good, bro.
thank you for reminding me I never finished Nioh 1
i think the quota of marterpiece games of fromsoft is alread reached with sekiro. Here in er, they actully tried some more commercial instead, at least i see more like this way. But the 'fun zone' not get me in this game. I felt tired in leyndel in my first playthrough already, of all the repetition and copy and paste bosses (duo or not), repeating in every dungeon, and i didint like the spirit summon thing, so i played all solo, and could see how bad the design is, and pvp as well, its all strangly bad, the boss fight design, the hitboxes, the balances. Of course we have every one diferent experiences, but the game is bad design, being a fromsoft game or not.
Incorrect, you can't cheese Nioh bosses except maybe head shot to stagger them at the start but this only takes < 5% of their HP. There's no sneak attack like Sekiro or ER which takes > 10% of bosses HP, and can kill normal enemies.
Only in Nioh 2 using Burst Counter against a yokai boss.
The devs did a better job of balancing things in Nioh 2. There's still the fist weapon though which many have used to stunlock / break enemy ki easily. I've seen players who relied on that as a crutch, and get super salty in the Depths when that strat no longer worked as well.
Which is why Yokai form was seriously nerfed in Nioh 2.
Yes, it requires skill and timing, plus you can't spam it like RoB's skill
