Cutscenes stutter

Anyone else having this? Not the cutscene itself, but every time there is a cut, the image freezes for a moment. It was worst with Reykard. One of the greatest cutscenes ever made, ruined by odd technical issues.

Yes, I also get when NPC's talk the words show on the screen but it takes time to lode the voice.

Same issue, funny thing is this happened a few patches after release which is even more odd.

Yeah. I thought it was only here. In this cutscene in particular, every time that the camera changed angles, it froze for a little bit. Was so annoying and immersion breaking.

Same here, every time there's a change in the angle in a cutscene, it freezes for a moment.

Same. Also happened during the Fire Giant cutscene

Cutscenes, at least on my 3 year old machine, transition and play smoothly. For me, the game stuttering happens at the very instant, after I've just beaten a major story boss... ie. when Steam does that achievement pop-up notification.... thing. But then again, it really only lasts for half a second.

Graphics Settings: Everything maxed-out
Resolution: 1920x1080p
Specs: Ryzen 9 3950X (no overclock... yet)+RTX 2080 Ti+ two M.2 Samsung 970 EVO's+32 GB RAM (@3600mhz)+Windows 11.
Installation layout: Windows+Steam on the first SSD, then my game library on the other SSD.

I have that too, not enough to be annoying, but certainly draws attention and is desirable not to happen.

Oh yes since relase. Godfrey and fire giant phase transistion, nothing horrible but certainly had some stuttering going.

Hehe but you know, after two or three kills you skip them so as Bob Ross would say "a little happy accident" more than a real problem.

Thanks for the thread Mundm now i see this is common. Started another NG now with the new GPU, going to watch every single cinematic again and see what happens!
