Yeah. I thought it was only here. In this cutscene in particular, every time that the camera changed angles, it froze for a little bit. Was so annoying and immersion breaking.
Graphics Settings: Everything maxed-out
Resolution: 1920x1080p
Specs: Ryzen 9 3950X (no overclock... yet)+RTX 2080 Ti+ two M.2 Samsung 970 EVO's+32 GB RAM (@3600mhz)+Windows 11.
Installation layout: Windows+Steam on the first SSD, then my game library on the other SSD.
Hehe but you know, after two or three kills you skip them so as Bob Ross would say "a little happy accident" more than a real problem.
Thanks for the thread Mundm now i see this is common. Started another NG now with the new GPU, going to watch every single cinematic again and see what happens!
