Your most frustrating boss fight

Title.

For me its easily the double Crucible Knights, aka Ordovis.

That thing was made by a freaking sadist, one is bad enough, but two? thats just no.

I know using spirits and all, but prefer to go solo and honestly, without parrying or running constantly i dont see a way to reliably defeat this fight without ripping your hair off.

I hate that stupid, Stupid, Magic RNG bs.... especially that idiot homing attack and how much bad RNG can play into it.

I maybe halfway thru the game, and found 3 most challenging bosses at different levels.

1. Rennala.
2. Astel, Naturalborn of the Void
3. Fullgrown Fallingstar Beast.

Probably the fire giant. I don't really know why I had such a difficult time there.

Stupid Putrid Ulcerated Tree Spirit
So you're telling me after I've just beaten Radahn, one of the strongest demi-gods, I'm now being rekted by a stupid tree enemy that I've seen 10 times already? Not only does he inflict the scarlet rot he also removes like 60% of my healthbar in one hit despite me having like 35 vigor which was probably overkill for Caelid.

The Crystallian duo and trio is a close 2nd place. That guy with the spear is the worst and the fight with the trio was absurd.

Frustrating? Beast Clergyman / Malekith. I abandoned my solo vow at that point and used Mimic Tear and beat it next try. Didn't feel bad at all.

I actually find her easier than these two idiots.

Cause duo fights dont work unless they are balanced around it, and most of said fights in this game fail at it.

I was trying to balance out my damage, health and stamina. Basically trying the good old strategy back in Dark Souls 3. I know the important of vigor and 35 vigor (40 actually due to Godrick's rune) was able to carry me through Caelid with little issues until that stupid dungeon in Radahn's arena.

Funny thing is that I find the Putrid Tree Spirit more frustrating than Malenia (didn't find her frustrating all that much despite it taking me like 3 days or something). That's probably because you gotta run all the way back to the Tree Spirit and do some light platforming while avoiding the Cleanrot Knights that can 3 shot you then you got to fight the boss in this small arena where he takes up 50% of the space and he instantly attack you when you enter the arena.

My first Ulcerated Tree Spirit for sure. I was a noob and I was way underlevel because I unlocked it at the begginning. 1.5h to beat it. After that one, everything else seemed pretty easy.
I did Astel today, I would place him second place, even I beat him in 4 tries. Third place to Crystallian trio, because... well... trio...
Fire Giant I summoned Alexander because I love my Jar friend xD so wasn't really difficult.

I haven't beaten Putrid Tree Spirit but have beaten 3 or more Ulcerated Tree Spirits.

Apart from using a Strike weapon on Crystallians, are they weak to fire, ice or rot?

I died to Malenia the most out of any From boss yet, and she is my new all-time favorite boss. Malenia is an incredibly fun and engaging boss for me, and continues this streak even in co-op (which with one of my buddies took about one third the attempts, but still a lot). I wish I could say the same about some of the other bosses.
