Running out of FP flasks at Capital
I am on the East Rampart Grace. I have 11 flasks. 9 allocated to FP 2 to HP. I am literally running out trying to find a new waypoint. I am a heavy magic user ..Don't survive long in melee.

Keep looking...that second or so grace is a pain to find

You'll see you didn't need to go that far

Welcome to FromSoftware games where you get punished for sticking to one build. Everyone in Capital seems to have leveled Faith to 99 and then some.

The best advice I can give to you: RUN!

There are a few nice shortcuts too...elevators ect. That bring you back to the first grace

I had a problem here too...was wondering around for about an hour killing ♥♥♥♥ and getting smashed at the last minute

I was fine there with a half/half allotment... (?)
There's a grace to the side of the main street which is pretty central.

There's a talisman that gives FP on critical hits, and another on defeating enemy. Maybe using magic that breaks stance (e.g. Glintblade Phalanx) then crit hitting them might help.

You could try traveling by rooftop.

OP, try to focus on finding a couple of relatively close bonfires. After that you can more easily explore the capital. The first ones are close and I would be saving a couple of hours of inconsequential frustration, nothing less, and you would still have a whole lot to explore as well, so below the spoiler if you want:

go down on the roofs then onto the main capital road to your right after dropping down. Follow the main road, when the Erdtree avatar spawns there's a gold door to your right. Take those stairs and a grace is there.

You can also rush to the main road as above, but quickly to the right there's going to be a small yard and coliseum with an Obsidian knight, you can ignore it and take the left and an elevator, this would allow you to open a door upstairs and take a shortcut to the main road.

jar cannon and craftable bone great bolts if you enjoy obliterating things from a distance.

if you run the rooftops you wont have to fight a majority of the mobs.

It's Ancestral Spirit Horn, from the Royal Ancestral Spirit's remembrance.

Dont forget the easy to find in the penninsula Axe that also gives you FP upon murdering enemies; such effect as long as its equipped.

The Sacrificial Axe's description is nuts, from the wiki:
Restores 4 FP per enemy killed while equipped this weapon, (don't need to deal finishing blow to restore FP)
The axe restores FP when viewing bloodstains of people dying of fall damages. You must wait for the group bloodstain's red phantom to die and be within the vicinity to receive FP. The effect is infinitely repeatable off of a single bloodtain.
