My Level 1 Attempt... Stuck at Godrick... How about Loretta?

Man, I am getting my butt kicked by almost every boss. I've made it to Altus Plateau and cheesed the horse. I'm also stuck at Radagon's Wolf. That is a horrible fight for me. So, I decided to grab Carian Retribution, but there was one problem. Loretta was also difficult for me.

I think the OP builds have ruined my ability to play Soulsborne games. The DPS is much too insane and overall, I have become an actual bad player. I finally came away with a win on Loretta, but it took quite some time. That's pretty sad to say, but feelsbadman.

I uploaded the clear just because it's a small victory. I started to put the game down and give up on it, but my friend talking about the game made me want to try it again.
