At what level did you beat Godrick?

Like 42 with a +6 weapon (melee character, I can't play a caster in this game- but people seem to think it's easy mode).

I had read so much about how difficult Stormveil was I did everything I could find in Limgrave before heading in. It was pretty much overkill. Bell Bearing Hunter and Crucible knight are the real final bosses of Limgrave.

I think I was just over level 40 when I beat Godrick.

I was trying to avoid doing story bosses as long as possible

Not fought him yet,still fighting and exploring around the world on my first go and i just reached level 201,so i really need move on to NG+

(Being new and all to the game,it seems i mixed Godrick with Godfrey,dont recall my level around the time i killed Godrick)

Godfrey is in the Leyndell castle. He's glowing or something. Godrick is the second main boss in Limgrave

25ish Explore some of the caves outside his area for stones to upgrade weapon thats the biggest help.

My first character I was level 32 with a +2 weapon because I was a newb. My second character was 29 with a +4 I think. And my third character I was 30 and using a level 8 fingerprint shield only.

Godrick is a push over. He should have been first before margit imo. Though I beat margit at about 22.
