So should I leave him and return like when I will be 100 levels stronger or something like that?

Just need to know, dont want to waste a time on him.

If you picked up a golden seed then you need to sit at a grace site and enter the flask menu, there should be an option to add charges to your flask. You can check how many Gold seeds you have in your inventory in the menu that has your upgrade materials, the rocks and ghost plants.

Hey congrats! And yeah, both golden seeds and sacred tears are upgrade materials for your flasks. Seeds add more charges and tears make them heal more/ give more mana. Physic flask is completely separate and is just for buffs. Edit. You can see how many gold seeds/ sacred tears you have in your upgrade material menu in your inventory, they will show up alongside your smithing stones.
