It's the only curved sword with passive bleed buildup, and the moveset for powerstance curved swords is very strong. I'd guess they're going to add another status like frost on top of the bleed.

What level, sadly both of mine are +24 i think so you'd need a +8/+9 or better somber weapon or a +24 normal weapon
