Fextra wiki says SUBTERRANEAN SHUNNING-GROUNDS Level: 150+ Upgrades: +25

Is this for real? I did the whole area before I fought Morgott.... I think I was level 90 (but with +25 weapon and +10 somber weapon).

no. that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of next level on the wiki. area is duable at level 40. i just did that today. my upgrades where 8 regular and 3 somber aswell.
they did that because most casul gamers find that area only when the royal city is destroyed lategame. thus they believe its endgame area. same for the guy who put that on the wiki.

the only dangerous things in there are these big grotesque monsters.

Yea I was about to say that there is nothing there that is hard, even the big guys are not bad as long as you fight them 1 by 1.

I beat the first boss without trying... The second boss was a joke weaker version of something I already fought...

Also putting MOHGWYN PALACE
Level: 100+ Upgrades: +20 ~ +24

Is kinda silly as the area is much harder than the snow fields and mountiantops.

I'd say it is just a general opinion. Every build, player skill is different, so saying Rune Level 150 is probably the level that is the most doable for everyone.

Have you been to the area? It's before Morgott... It's quite easy area too... The two bosses there are total jokes.

the enemies in the ice regions are WAY more annoying than anything in mogh place with the exception of the giant crows and the bloody assasins that spawn inside the cave and near the somber ancient stone chest. the crows can all be bypassed and ignored and there is a total of 3 assasins in the entire area. so that part is actually pretty much on point i would say.

You can bypass the entire zone and run straight to the boss, like you can in quite a few zones (the capital is another good example) but the enemies still have more hp / hit harder than the 2 snow areas by quite a bit. Yes they are nothing special, even the blood assassin mobs are a total joke to me as I fought them enough at RL 40 where I had to dodge all their attacks or die in 1 hit but again their stats are much higher then the snow area.

i'm currently clearing it at level 50 with no issues. Those levels on the wiki are more of a general guide for noobs who are truly lost and need all the help they can get.
