Divine Bridge elevator skip glitch consequences

- Questions:
Does doing this Leyndell skip ruin anything on your save? (progression/questlines/items)
Which npcs does it affect asides from Guideon Olfnir?
Does it just skips Sir Gideon Olfnir dialogue options before doing the requirements?
I'm worried about it I didnt do a save backup before doing the glitch.
I hope someone can answer. If it ruined my playtrough, is there any way to go back?


- My story, context and how to do it:
Some weeks ago when I got into the divine bridge with the chest teleport at the peninsula, I tried to do some invasions there and surprisingly its a very populated area at 20-30 rl. In a few invasions there I spawned at the area with the Iron Virgins and I noticed I could use the elevator to go up the divine bridge where the host was with the golem.

Yesterday I did the same but on myself (I lured invaders with golden tongue) because I was curious of what would happen and how long I could explore that area bellow the bridge, turns out you can explore the entire capital (probably without 2 great runes too).

Now i'm at the godfrey battle without going through Leyndell lmao, seems fun right?

- Consequences:
Turns out it aparently skips some questlines (im not yet sure).
Looks like it makes the game think you beaten every known main area boss.

I noticed because Sir Gideon Olfnir dialogue options about the 6 shard bearers were gone, and he started giving me "spoilers" about other shard bearers, dialogues that are not written at the fextralife wiki.
He also gave me a crafting book (Fevor's Cookbook [3]) even though I didn't reach the area required.

Then I googled about it trying different words and I found this reddit post, it got me worried. I hope it hasn't ruined anything else :/

I didn't actually enter the godfrey battle, I can do it without ruining anything? (to get the early epic talisman pouch hehe)
Lets hope someone reads this and answers, so I can start playing again without regrets.

most quests are quite forgiving, with the occasional exception.
eitherway, if you re worried about the over all experience, might as well avoid any and all skips :v
