Also the connections with Ranni's sidequest.
Why would you intentionally skip out on content. There is no story altering decisions you are making. Do every single thing you come across. The only exception is getting the flame in the sewers, which can also be removed.
very simple :)
Okay.
A literal star fell down on the map with a big boom.
Im not sure how you came to a conclusion its just a cool custscene.
If you do Ranni's quest, Blaidd will point out where Nokron is when you visit him at the Siofra River. It's clearly near the same part of East Limgrave where you entered Siofra.
and you can reach deeproot deeps from the capital underground aswell in case you didnt know. there is a hidden path that leads there from the room where you can meet the fingers.
you only need to go to nokrom if you wanna do rannis quest for her ending. and in that case the npc literally tells you that the meteor hit limgrave. and if you then just go to ANY grace in limgrave and look at the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SKY you can see the debris floating in the damn air even from miles away.
you need to learn to pay attention. classic case of modern gamer who is used to the game telling him where to go next and what to do aka handholding.
