Which Graces you can talk to Melina?

Eh, I just checked the wiki, and it seems like she never have dialogues in fourth church of marika or fort haight, nor in Liurnia at all... so are you guys sure she has SPECIAL words in those place?
Basically, according to wiki, she just has dialogues in Third Church of Marika, Church of Pilgrimage, Grand Lift of Dectus, and graces after Altus Plateau....(with some exceptions, namely the time you first met her, when she send you to RoundTable, when near Boc the seamster)

She has one at the grace for Bocs sidequest, you need to have talked to her to continue his questline to give him the gold sewing needle

Had the same question, found this discussion. Here is the list I scrambled from the Elden Ring wiki after failing to find a short and simple answer. Apparently, a lot of these are easily missable, especially if you don't rest at every single site of grace you encounter or if you progress too quickly.

This one is her own dialogue:

• Introduction (eventually in Limgrave)
  
• Concerning Grace (next Site of Grace, before entering Stormveil)
  
• My Story (next Site of Grace, before entering Stormveil)
  
• Roundtable Hold (resting outside of Limgrave, or after defeating Margit)
  
• About Boc (East Raya Lucaria Gate)
  
• Altus Plateau (any Site of Grace on Altus Plateau)
  
• Boc crying (Altus Highway Junction)
  
• Arriving at Leyndell (Capital Rampart)
