why don't enemies attack invaders ?

I am curious why they set it up so that invaders can kite you into enemies to get you killed but enemies don't attack invaders?

why is that?

it's intentional, it has always been like that in souls, invaders teamed up with enemies to make you bite the dust

It's always been like that, I guess it's like making the invader just another enemy. Then again, certai enemies fight among themselves.

I would gladly change it so that they can attack them too but i get it.

DS2 and DS3 had an item you can use to turn enemies against invaders temporarily. Was quite fun to troll invaders with when they thought they were safe.

not bait, this is my first souls like game genuinely curious why it was this way.

that item sounds fun! I tried the ring to call allies to help but so far no one answered the call in 2 invasions when a friend was trying to show me where I could get a nice item.

In DS3 you could use a item to make enemies aggro on invaders if they kept camping behind strong enemies that you didn't want to get mobbed by. Haven't found anything similar in elden ring though

I was getting Varres blood mask lastnight and the first time the invader came I had like 10 things aggro on me and it was real bad lol After a few tries I now sport the mask!

Trust me, invaders have it rough enough as it is right now without having to worry about enemies too.

Dark Souls 3 had an item that let you aggro enemies on invaders, but there's nothing like that in this game unfortunately.

You already outnumber the invader 2-3v1 lmao and yet you're whining about invaders not being aggro'd by enemies.

Everyone seems to fail to notice that a lot of enemies can hit the invader as well, even if they don't target him directly. It's much more the case than in the previous games. It makes it not very safe for him either to take advantage of the situation. In fact, the invader is the one likely to get hit more than the host because he's closer to the enemy.

so its basically a 1v1 because Im level 40 something and have hardly anything

You saying ''easy mode for invaders'' says it all.

AH, my bad. Sorry, you're not getting carried by 2 phantoms, just 1.
The fact that your friend is lv100 and you're lv40 already says it all.
Besides, invaders can never be higher level than the host they're invading.

If you still getting killed by a single invader while you're being carried by your friend(s) then maybe git gud and stop whining in the discussion tab.
