How to remove Fia's debuff after her questline completes?

I've tried using BOTH “Baldachin’s Blessing” and "Radiant Baldachin’s Blessing" in my inventory but that Red Square doesnt go away.
What can I do to get rid of this debuff?

Could it possibly be another part of your gear causing the downward health arrow? A screenshot would be helpful.

If you already got rid of the items then, congrats, you are bugged to have the debuff permanently

which items? the two Blessings? I didnt get rid of them - they're in my inventory..i luckily killed my game before it could autosave after i used them the first time and i immediately noticed the red icon was still there

In that case, just backup the save, go ingame, use them both, rest and report the outcome
Stripping naked might also be helpful (giggidy)

it takes a moment or two for the debuff to go away after using the blessing
and you can keep the radiant blessing without having the debuff

Did you wait for the effect to wear off? The loss of health doesn't disappear until the effect from the item wears off.
