Is there any way to increase bare-hand damage?

Something seems odd about unarmed damage in ER. There's a full move-set, even a weapon art, but the damage is so low as to be practically zero. Even max physical stats barely touches it. I tried going naked and unarmed for the Mimic Tear fight, and even with two soreseals equipped neither I nor my Mimic could do enough damage to have killed each other in under a week.

I wonder if there's a way to unlock the Vanquisher's Seal or similar in the game, because otherwise it seems they might as well not have bothered.

let me buff my fists/ gloves or infuse them with fist weapon ashes of war and assign affinities that have overall weaker damage, scaling and status effect buildup, when compared to any actual fist weapons.

There's a whole fist weapon class (Caestus etc) which has the same moveset, and you can put the Kick ash of war on almost every weapon, so both of those things got to use.

Actually some of the fist weapons can be made VERY VERY powerful. They are not weak in the slightest. They will have counters, like all other weapons, but they can STOMP.

The answer is yes. But since the bare-hand damage is sooooooo insignificant and the damage you gain stacking talismans/tear increasing you attack power every time you hit something only increase a % of nearly nothing......i would be here till next christmas just to kill this Godrick goon.

But hey....if you have patience and are up for the challenge, be my guest!. Otherwise you have extremly fine fist weapoins like venomous fangs, grafted dragon (you can even dual-wield this one your first plythrough) and more much more.
