Is giving Runes(Souls) a thing?

NO! im not asking for an ungodly amount of runes or anything.. I allocated my runes into my char wrong, and im still a bit too early to be able to reallocate my stats. Was thinking of starting over but at least getting to the lvl I was already at. If Rune trading isnt a thing anymore, is there a good way to at least farm runes in early game?

If you're not even that far in, just start over. You'll lose maybe an hour or two of work at most.

Also, you should be dumping all your points in to vigor until you're at least at 25-30 vigor anyway. Anything else can wait.

I like the Beast Cleric's farm personally for early game, the miltia are worth 1000 each but will one or two shot you if you aren't careful.

The troll wagon outside of Waypoint Ruins is safer but not as quick.

Palace Approach Ledge-Road, Site of Grace, Mohgwyn Area.
You only need a bow and arrows, shoot the bird you see across the chasm, 12k without talisman/Gfoot, takes 10 seconds each run.
With golden beetle, you could aproximately make 4m runes in 1 hour, roughly.

You can access this area once you complete Varre's 3 invasion quest part and you get Lord of Blood's Favor item.
Pretty early early game.

You can trade those rune pick ups. I've given those away before... but if you plan on sticking with elden ring for a while, it may just be worth starting over. You'll get your progress back in no time. If not, push with what you got. It'll work out in the end regardless once you reach further into the game.

Go to the beast guy church in the top right of caleid and kill the midgets outside of it. You can teleport their from the Church of Marikia(?) I think. 1000 souls per midget and they are veyr easy.
