somber smithing stone 3 bell bearing issue

i am having a issue with the somber smithing stone 3 bell bearing i collected it and turn it it in to the round table and im still not able to buy the stone has anybody else have this problem

same here. after I crashed my game, I cant buy any somber stones even though i'm sure to turn the bell to the round table.
