Have I messed up Millicent quest?

I am currently at end stage (killing Elden Beast). I realized you can get Flock's talisman by killing Gowry but didn't drop. Realized that I might not finished Millicent's questline before. I can't find the summoning signs near ththat location. Is that lost because I went to far in story ? Sucxks because I really wanted to get taht Talisman.

If you killed Malenia I believe it disappears. Otherwise you need to kill the giant worm in the water and reload the area

I'm pretty sure I originally did Millicent's questline after killing Malenia, so if the recent patches haven't changed that, it should still be possible.

You can kill Gowry over and over as many times as you want, and it doesnt matter if you beat the final boss or not.

I have killed the worm but not Malenia. But have bruned the erdtree and only have Elden beast left and I know that some other quests will not finish.

milicents questline has no "timeout" or failure condtions aside from killing her yourself or fighting her at the end via the red sign. so she will still be where you last left her quest standing. even if you kill elden beast her quest can still be completed.

malenia beeing alive has no effect on this either.

Hmm strange that I neither have the summoning signs or have any of the items from finishing the quest. I wonder if I maybe killed her w/o doing it through summoning. But in that case I can revive her using Church of vows.
